Using ShareGate, enhancing accessibility and boosting efficiency by 50%. Ensured data integrity, minimized risks, and effectively
communicated each phase across all affected teams.
• Led Development, QA, and SaaS Operation teams to embed MFA into our Tax Compliance software. This was a $750,000 project that enabled multi-factor authentication for our customers. As a result, this enabled us to implement a needed level of security for all of our customers due to the sensitive nature of their data.
• Coordinated with Finance to ensure we met our monthly CapEx and OpEx projections and stay within budget.
More Details
• As the Project Manager, ensured that our numerous short-term and long-term initiatives were delivered on time and on budget. Provided high-level status reports to Senior Executives as well as C-Suite Executives. These reports gave high level visibility to the state of the given release. Data points included: Release Critical projects, current risks (such as showstoppers, blockers and impediments), burndown and burnup charts showing the inflow and outflow of work, number of build failures, bugs/error logs reported, and more. Worked closely with key Finance personnel to track and report on monthly CapEx and OpEx expenses. Continuously made sure that our monthly finance reports were within budget.
• As the Scrum Master for 7 teams, facilitated and led Scrum ceremonies: Daily standups, Sprint Planning sessions, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensured that impediments were resolved efficiently in order to allow the development teams to deliver quality products. Provided visibility to necessary KPIs and release critical work items by creating custom dashboard in Azure DevOps Server. These dashboards provided the development teams with visibility everything they needed to run efficiently.
• As the Release Manager, successfully led over 80+ releases to completion during deployment windows. Coordination with key stakeholders from Business, Development, QA, and SaaS Operations teams was vital in order to deliver our products to customers. Managed all aspects of the deployment from release preparation, to release, to post release. Facilitated deployment teams with implementation a solution when deployment issues arose.
• As the Financial Auditor and Planner, utilized Domo to improve auditing and reporting processes by building dedicated dashboards that showcased batch-refresh based data regarding our CapEx and OpEx figures. Allowing Finance and Executives to have more visibility to the numbers that mattered as well as where investments are being made.
EXPERIENCE AT XPO LOGISTICS INC.

Accomplishments:
• Directed a portfolio budget of $100M+ across 17 Business Intelligence initiatives around the globe;
tracked ROI and ensured delivery within scope and timeline.
• Led end-to-end development of a Centralized Business Intelligence Platform across 5 business units,
from strategy and risk assessment to post-launch optimization—enhancing post-merger integration and
improving executive decision-making by 30%.
• Enabled access to self-hosted data for financial metrics, shipment tracking, customer insights, and machine learning models.
• Established the PMO for the North American Transportation division, overseeing 250 projects and
cutting budget waste by $8M. Oversaw full SDLC from concept to post-launch support in collaboration
with BI leadership and technical architects.
Projects
• Coordinated the deployment of a $5M Central Business Intelligence Platform
• Became an Administrator for an integrated system responsible for Resource Management,
Effort Tracking, and Payroll with 3 separate divisions under management
• Migrated all Jira instances from Cloud to a single On-Premise server where we maintained all 250 projects;
this effectively streamlined the process of Jira project management. Migration included 250 projects and
3,500 resources between 7 different divisions ranging from
North America, Europe, and India. Total cost for Migration was $2.25M
Managed a multitude of projects simultaneously; where each project had its own key stakeholders, business requirements, technical requirements, budget, and resources. Developed schedules and timelines to properly track the progress of the respective projects. Additionally, coordinated with 5 Business Unit managers to move the innovation forward for XPO’s 5 out of 8 Lines of Business. As a result, provided a positive ROI.
Planned with the Director of Business Intelligence and the Senior Technical Architect to create a Central Business Intelligence Platform that was built from the ground up. Platform hosted various applications across 5 Business Units. Central Business Intelligence Platform aggregated the analytical data for both internal and external clients’ of XPO Logistics. This allowed us to self-host a single source for raw data that other teams would be able to utilize for their own use.
Lead the platform development for the Managed Transportation division that completely replaced existing ETL procedures and made data retrieval much more streamlined, efficient, and more accessible to everyone across the Managed Transportation division.
Persuaded several development teams to evaluate critical data points on where loads were being procured from with cost-effectiveness in mind. This solidified the confidence of business stakeholders as they made critical decisions revolving around load procurement.
Orchestrated the development of a tool that integrated seamlessly with the main XPOConnect solution. The tool utilized machine learning to forecast and implement 3 different price ranges by matching competitors while also taking into consideration profit margins. The 3 price points were set from low to high. This allowed our external carriers to negotiate on the prices so that both our external carriers and XPO would be satisfied with the overall profit on both sides.
Delegated developers to analyze preliminary and historical data. Directed a project that utilized machine learning which allowed XPO and external clients to better identify which carrier was best for their load shipment. The recommendation would be awarded to the carrier that had a high Carrier Score comprised of:
• Past carrier performance with XPO
• On-time arrival and departure ratios
• Average weekly and monthly load shipments
• Carrier efficiency, and more
Negotiated with internal business executives to create an application that pulled historical and actuals - Near Real-Time (NRT) data analytics through the use of PowerBI Dashboard visualizations.
Partnered with key financial stakeholders to audit financial data and validate incoming and outgoing load figures between 5 different Business Units into a single database which would aid internal business executives to retrieve accurate data from one true source.
Utilized machine learning to conceptualize an integrated with XPOConnect which enabled efficient Carrier Management by allowing cargo to auto re-route between lanes as it identified lane congestion.
Aligned with the Senior Director of IT Program Management to launch a Project Management Office (PMO). This standardized and significantly improved the processes, procedures, and policies with which projects were created and maintained from conception to completion.
Coordinated with the Director of IT Program Management and several key technical stakeholders to successfully migrate all our Jira instances for the entire North American Transportation division from Jira Cloud to an On-Premise Jira server.
Assisted with the implementation of Planview to increase overall health, resource effort tracking, and budgets of projects in real-time. Was given the role of Planview Business Unit Admin which provided the ability to run financial audits on a weekly and monthly basis to understand where budget allocations were being invested. Oversaw 3 Business Units worth of resources.
Prepared weekly status reports for the entire North American Transport Business Intelligence division. These reports provided a high-level overview of the health, budget, achievements, and current issues that the projects were facing. These reports were reviewed by the CIO of the North American Transport division.
